VOLUNTEERING
This is a unique opportunity to gain new, practical skills, meet many interesting people, and, above all, have fun in great company. Among the many tasks waiting for volunteers during the PZU Gran Fondo Series, everyone can find something suited to their interests.
After completing their work, PZU Gran Fondo Series volunteers receive certificates and references regarding their participation and performance. Such documents are highly valued and increasingly serve as a supplement to CVs for those applying to universities or seeking employment.
From PZU Gran Fondo Series volunteers, we primarily expect reliability, honesty, and commitment to their tasks. The work of volunteers affects not only the safety of participants but also the overall atmosphere of the sporting event.
Above all, we are looking for Volunteer Leaders. A Leader is someone who recruits a team of at least 10 friends and takes responsibility for their group. Volunteer Leaders are expected to have the ability to manage a large team, be organized, systematic, efficient in time management, independent, and dynamic in their actions. Of course, we are also looking for individual volunteers who want to help with the organization of the PZU Gran Fondo Series.
