RACE PACK DELIVERY
With the “Home Package” service, participants of the PZU Gran Fondo Series can receive their starter pack in advance, without needing to visit the Race Office. The package will be delivered by courier to the address provided in the contact form.
What does the Home Package include?
The starter pack includes: race number, timing chip (integrated with the race number), safety pins, the Rider’s statement, and a commemorative race jersey.
How does the service work?

The service can only be purchased for the Gran Fondo, Medio Fondo, or Family Fondo distances.

The service is available only within Poland.

The shipping fee for the package is 50 PLN (including tax) per participant.

Each package is sent individually; multiple packages cannot be combined into one shipment.

The service must be purchased at least one month before the event.

Participants must return a scanned copy of the signed Rider’s statement to info@gfseries.pl or give it to the courier upon delivery.
Shipping and pickup
Starter packs are sent approximately two weeks before the event. If the package has not been received by the Tuesday before the event, participants should contact the organizer at info@gfseries.pl. In case the package is not collected, it can be picked up at the Race Office, but the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Using the “Home Package” option exempts participants from verification at the Race Office.
The service can be purchased during registration or by logging into your SlotMarket.pl account and accessing your race profile.

How to purchase?
During registration
At the moment of filling out the registration form, select the service and purchase it when paying for participation in the event.
After registration
Log in to your account on slotmakret.pl. Then go to your race profile, select the “Services” tab, choose the service, and click the “Confirm and Pay” button.
